The proposal said completion by October, maybe November. Just have to give up using the park for an entire Summer. Heard they found contaminated soil. Delayed the whole thing. You would think by now proposals in New Jersey would only be accepted by developers who’ve already encountered contaminated soil. No Christmas tree lighting, no enjoying the first snow fall of the year. Progress does seem to be progressing here, in Hamilton Park. Can’t really see the snow falling, late in the afternoon, before the storm gained momentum that made Autumn leave like a lion!
