I love the inexplicable, especially when the only reason an event or incident is inexplicable is because you don’t know anything about it, you just notice it. Thus this morning, a fire hose linked to a pump (not pictured) right on the store that is closed down but in the midst of being development into another store. Refurbished, rebuilt, something like that. Why the water? Was the basement level flooded? Were they just cleaning pipe? I didn’t know, didn’t have time to ask, just had time to take a picture of the flash mini-flood on Newark Avenue then wondered, is this an event or an incident?
