No, the poles were not being painted white. We’re looking at primer. Then they were painted black, the next day or two. Saw these two guys adjusting the ladder, ready to paint. Paint paint not primer. They did the same to the clocks. Missed the painting. I guess the never-ending streetscaping has ascended above street level.
