Face Paint

I’m assuming chalk, but the colors had a lush richness that maybe it was paint or some other sort of medium. This picture was taken about 4:30 in Washington Square Park. From 2-3 there were thunderstorms with heavy rain. Did the face withstand the rain or was this large portrait  completed in about an hour or less?

There’s a haunting quality here, the face looks realistic, yet it could be a Pinocchio or A-I android. I The face is an excellent likeness of a realistic mask. There’s an innocence, even warmth but beneath the visage amorality simmers. I sense no kindness. Given the right set of circumstances, the child-like countenance will kill.
