Flour Delivery

If you’ve never had the Pizza bread from Pecoraro Bakery on Newark Avenue than you never had the greatest pizza bread in the word and if you’ve never had pizza bread, you’ve never had the chewy yet crispy Italian bread. Newark is closed this week for repaving but this gentleman is delivering flower early one morning. His truck was not parked anywhere near the store, he used a small forklift, not visible in the picture, to ferry the palette of flour to the store. He had to lug the sacks of flour into the store, more packages than sacks since they were made of paper but I prefer the image of sacks of flour – our world lacks burlap.
