Street Fair Season, this one on 3rd, a new one and as these things go, pretty low key but still fun. It was still afternoon, might have been why it was low key, which was fine. Maybe it kicked into gear after the illegally parked car was towed away (oops, that metaphor collision was caused by driver neglect). Any other day the vehicle would have been legally parked, but there were permits filed, notices given. The police supervised the flat bed removal. Never saw this before, a street fair tow. I love the indifference to this car removal, the low key street fair and everybody too involved with hanging with friends and neighbors to let something as incidental as a flat bed truck interrupt another summer block party.
