Reel Luck
Life along the Hudson still includes fishing. By the Hyatt, one fisherman reeled in a live wine glass, which somehow got tangled into his hook. “I caught two other fish today, this wasn’t the only thing I got. The river is clean, I rarely get any garbage like this.”
But on the next pier, I think it’s an ugly condo complex, this angler caught Sunday Night Dinner, a striped bass about 38 inches long. “Under 28 inches, you have to throw it back, this is a big fish. The tide is going out, you get big fish then. I caught small ones today until this guy.”
Jersey City is an isthmus. I live there. Just a guy trying to get by. This blog features stuff I feel like writing about. Hope you enjoy and come back for more.
