The ears look near ripe. Around the 4th of July I walked by this corner and I could swear it was knee high. One assumes this land, foreground to the embattled embankment, is not private yet seems a resident and turned it into a sideways garden. Go to Erie PA for rows of corn but go to Erie ST for a row of corn. Also, some sunflowers. The patch is positioned near some slate, creating a path so pedestrians can still pass by. We could all use some nature to tend into a harvest.
